Yellowstone

We went camping this weekend with my parents. We had so much fun. This will probably be a long post because I got snap happy with the camera so I will keep the reading down to a minimum!

This is Bella showing me her dirty face

Row, Row, ROw your boat!

I didn't want to drive while they were all in the road.
So I got out and made James drive again but
this big boy yelled at me and told me to get back into the car!
Here are the Bison that delayed traffic for about a half hour.

After we saw the Bison then we decided that we need to go get Buffalo burgers.
Sick I know but they tasted soooooo good!
Bald Eagle

Old faithful!
(seems like when I was younger it was a lot higher)

Above is a free spa day!
Big springs, such a pretty place. Bella loved to feed the fish.

Just keep swimming, Just keep swimming

Papa and Pama fixed the pool.
Now it's time for a little freestyle swimming!
(The one that looks like a big fat Walrus would be me!)
Bella is like a whole new kid from where she was at last year. She was so afraid of the water and now I can't get her away from it. Which can definitely be a bad thing too.
Her favorite part is the slide!
She even was brave enough to jump off the diving board. Except who ever gets the pleasure of catching her usually ends up going under the water.

Here is a video of my brave baby!

I'm a little bit Country

My Hubby got two ticket to Kenny Chesney concert...
He decided that honkey-tonk was not in his nature and he let me and my sister go to the concert. I forgot my camera so you will just have to endure these pictures of him!
I have to be honest and say that I had forgotten most of his songs. I had also forgotten how sexy his arms are!!!
After the concert, I felt like driving a truck down to Mexico, shootin' some pool and drinkin' some beers.
We had so much fun, besides the fact it was 106 degrees outside. It was sooo hot, and so was he!

Incubus Concert

Last Thursday, we got the pleasure of seeing one of the greatest bands ever! After an argument about our stupid blanket we got to listen to their amazing skillz!
I have no idea how this picture turned out so cool, but it did. I must have skills as a photographer!
Trent Being a big silly

The 3 coolest Ashley's you will ever meet!

Summer Lovin'

What's that I hear? Aww.. It's the sound of it NOT raining for once this wet June.
This week, the weather has been really nice and so we took advantage...
Utah Lake wake Boarding.
I can honestly say that I got up on the board this time! It didn't last long but hey, it's a start. My brother's on the other hand are super good and they just awesome!
Align Center
Bella Bean could not go on the boat, well because I am just not ready for her to go yet. So instead I bought her a sprinkler that is a ball and she, had a ball. Then we went to a park and she ran through the sprinklers there. Once Granny and Papa get their pool running then we will not have to resort to such lengths to keep cool.( That was a hint dad!)

James finished Corrections Academy!

We had a BBQ to celebrate the fact that my husband is amazing and finished Police Academy. He will continue to work where he is at for the time being and we will see how things go in the future.
Thank you to all those who came. I didn't think about taking pictures at the BBQ until most people left and the pictures I did get are not very good. Sorry I didn't get a picture of all your pretty faces, but here are some pictures of ours for your viewing pleasure!
(Bella is doing her Blue steel look)
Graduating Class
James Taking his oath.

The class went through a lot together. They build bonds that will last forever. He had to learn to like to run, to take people down and how to take O.C. Spray to the face. It was not an easy 12 weeks but it was worth it and I am proud of him.

Kickin' the habbit

I admit I have been extremely lazy when it comes to making Bella stop having her bottle at night. I finally got sick of it and got some advice telling me that most experts say that it would just take a few days of them crying to kick the habit. So we tried it,

Day 1:
I put her to bed at 8:30. She screamed until 2:30 and finally passed out from exhaustion. It seriously was the worst night of my life. It was so hard to not cave in and just sit there and listen to my baby cry.
Day 2:
She cried for 45 mins.
Day 3:
Cried for 15 mins
Day 4:
NO CRYING!! WOOT WOOT! Praise the lord, it actually worked. Those experts know what they are talking about after all.
Day 5:
1 hour and 20 mins of crying? I don't understand. It was raining pretty hard and was scaring her so we will keep trying and hopefully I have it in me not to cave into her demands. LOL It's slowly progressing and at least I am trying to help her, even though she thinks I am just being mean.
